Quinta das Hidrângeas has great tradition in wine production. The estate was owned in XIX century by D. Antonia Adelaide Ferreira, the legendary Ferreirinha, seems an odd of Portuguese wine, compelling and memorable when speaking of the Douro. The wines of Quinta Hidrângeas today are the result of work of the current owner, Henrique Tiago Pinto, who devoted 50 years of his life to perfecting what is now the new generation of Quinta das Hidrângeas, his daughters and grandson (Ricardo Guerra) are proud continue.
